I picked up the 24” mirror smart TV for my new bathroom, and I’m really glad I chose the bigger size. It’s just the right fit for enjoying my shows. The kids are into it too! It’s nearly the same width as my 70cm bath, so it blends in nicely without being overwhelming. I’d definitely suggest going for this size.

We hooked up a SkyQ box to the TV using an HDMI cable and a Bluetooth Sky Remote (you gotta call Sky to get one) so we can keep the box tucked away in the cupboard.

The TV remote was a bit dodgy when I first set it up, but I shot them an email at 11pm, and they sent me a new one in the mail just two days later. Talk about impressive service!

The folks on email were super friendly, and I’ll be sure to recommend them and buy from them again when I need to.

Just what I needed, a truly quality piece for a fair price. The television fits perfectly in our bathroom, and with a firestick, we can enjoy all our favorite channels.

Great support from the seller, simple to set up. The sound could use some improvement; it would definitely earn a full five stars if it included speakers.

I've had this TV for around 8 months now, and out of nowhere, the remote just stopped functioning. Thankfully, the company sent me a replacement since my TV was still under warranty, which fixed the problem. But I can't help but wonder how long this new remote will last, as it seems like a common problem folks are facing, and if it goes out of warranty, it’ll cost me £25.

You can download a bunch of apps like catch-up TV, but you gotta hit the blue button on the remote to use it like a mouse with those apps. I only found this out after checking out other reviews.

Overall, it's a solid TV that looks fantastic. The electrician had no trouble setting it up. I have the mirrored model, and it doesn’t steam or cloud up, plus the sound quality is really impressive.

Still, I can’t shake the feeling of unease about how often I might need to replace the remote if this keeps happening.

We got ourselves a watervue model TV from Bathroom TV. After a little over a year, the remote stopped working. We tried ordering a new one, but no luck there. Then we found the service department's contact info online, and let me tell ya, their customer service is top-notch! We communicated through email and eventually realized we had ordered the wrong remote. They sent us the correct one along with a return envelope for the mix-up, and now everything's all good. We can definitely recommend their bathroom TV; it’s a fantastic piece of gear. It’s a brilliant addition to our already gorgeous bathroom. We were a bit bummed when we ran into an issue so soon, but like I said, their customer service was just excellent. We can't complain at all, and we're really happy we chose Bathroom TV for our purchase.

Awesome for enjoying TV while soaking in the tub! Plus, it gets the kiddos excited about bath time!! I'm really pleased with this gadget, super user-friendly, feels safe, and comes with all the apps we want. I had it installed flush with the tiles, so it looks fantastic too.

I really hate to leave negative feedback, but my experience with this company was just terrible. I ordered a replacement remote for my bathroom TV (the code is WVRC02 if you're curious!). They sent me a different remote than what was shown on their site, and it didn’t work with my TV. I called them to sort out a return, and they told me they’d send the return packaging, but I had to place a new order for the right one. So, I went ahead and did that, making sure to confirm they’d send the correct remote as advertised. When the new remote finally showed up, it was the SAME one I got before! Plus, they didn’t include any packaging to send back the first one! Now I’m stuck with two remotes that are completely useless! After four months of endless phone calls and emails, I finally got my refund.

I can't complain too much, I picked up a 24" TV mirror and it works just fine. The only downside is that navigating the apps isn't as straightforward as it is on a smart TV.
